Why exercise?

As human beings we’re designed to exercise, had our ancestors been unable to run, swim, climb or jump it is unlikely that the human race would have evolved at all, the structure and articulation of our bones and muscles has developed that way so we can do many physical things. Only 50 years ago, as a nation most of the population had to perform hard physical work on a daily basis, there were no washing machines, it had to be all done by hand, people didn’t drive a couple of miles to work, they cycled or walked, obesity and many modern conditions were unheard of. Your body is all you have when you are born that you keep  your entire life... can you afford not to look after it?

Personal training ...
what can I expect?

Initially we will ask you to keep a food diary and exercise diary listing everything you eat, drink and do over a week. With this and a health questionnaire we will conduct a full body composition
assessment, (lean body weight, fat weight, lean/fat percentages, hydration levels and calorie requirement), blood pressure and heart rate check. Only from these can we calculate the ideal
programme for you with your progress being regularly monitored.

A holistic lifestyle programme designed by Grand Bay Consultancy embraces sustainable healthy eating and exercise plans, will help you become healthier and enhance your life.

Level 1 £30.00 pcm

• monthly training programme

Level 2 £50.00 pcm

• 1 hour personal training session

Level 3 £75.00 pcm
