At Grand Bay Consultancy we see ourselves as providing a knowledge base for not only serious athletes but also to recreational sportspeople and the general public, whether that be rehabilitation from injury, sport-specific exercise prescription or nutritional advice. Tricia founded the business in 2003 after a career as a principal officer in local government leisure services and as a product manager for a global medical device company. |

In 2005, aged 40, Tricia completed her first long-distance triathlon and also completed the New York and Rome marathons. More recently Tricia has represented the Great Britain age-group triathlon team at the World Championships in Switzerland.
